Sean Tilson founded SETimpact in 2024. Sean worked at several large corporations. He also has worked with 20+ nonprofits and social enterprises, including volunteering abroad for NGOs and charities.

Sean witnessed the misalignment between for-profits and initiatives on the ground, which were often ineffective. At the company level, Sean saw a lack of management and employee buy-in.

As a result, he founded SETimpact. A CSR consultancy which allows companies to strategise, implement and report CSR initiatives effectively, improving efficiency and company engagement.

Sean's Bio:

• Founded three social enterprises (all currently active)

• Ran one of the UK's biggest student groups for social enterprise (Enactus Exeter) and headed up Exeter Entrepreneurs Society with 850+ members

• Former Consulting Director at 180 Degrees Consulting Exeter CIC and Team Leader at Exe Consulting.

• Experience at McKinsey, PwC & KPMG

• BSc Business & Management With Proficiency in Entrepreneurship & Leadership

• Launched three businesses centred around sustainability and inclusivity, winning several awards, including the Young Humanitarian Award from the British Red Cross, the British Citizen Award Certificate of Recognition and Exeter's Next Generation Award and Youth Sustainability Award.
